Support Provision

 

As we deal specifically with each client’s support requirements we will ask you to complete a needs assessment form so we can make sure you have the correct support package.

 

We are able to supply any additional equipment you may need, for example, wheelchairs, hoists, profiling beds. We ask you to supply us with as much information as possible so we can ensure you are looked after correctly. Withholding information could lead to serious issues and we reserve the right to cancel any booking in this situation.

 

Our parent company supports 34 residents and have for 18 years. We are experienced in providing fully trained staff who are fully capable of providing any support needed. You can be assured that any support staff we provide will be safe, competent, capable and friendly.
